Medicines Management in Clinical Imaging

This webinar is aimed at anybody who is involved in any aspect of medicines usage within clinical imaging. It will provide information to support Radiology/Imaging departments in aligning with national guidance and complying with legislation on the management of medicines. It will cover legislation and recent policy updates that affect radiology departments and include the legislative framework for prescribing, supply and administration of medicines. It will highlight and discuss relevant national guidance documents and their implementation including local governance processes.

An opportunity for questions within the webinar will be provided. 

After this webinar delegates will:
 

  • Have a basic up to date knowledge of medicines legislation 
  • Understand how medicines legislation applies to clinical imaging departments
  • Be able to critically analyse their own practice/service and make suggestions for improvements
  • Have a platform of web links to information to extend their knowledge
