Preliminary clinical evaluation in MRI: Part 2

24th October 2020  09:30 AM - 13:30 (GMT+00:00) GMT

Virtual event – Saturday 24 October
4 CPD points

Preliminary clinical evaluation in MRI: Part 1 - Saturday 10 October - Spine
Preliminary clinical evaluation in MRI: Part 2 - Saturday 24 October - Brain
If you wish to attend both parts of the event, you will need to register separately for each.

Due to the remote nature of many static departments and the mobile service, many MRI radiographers rarely see a radiologist or gain feedback on scans and reports. This two part, virtual event aimed at radiographers, offers an overview of interpreting MR images of the spine (part 1) and brain (part 2). It provides a review of normal and abnormal appearances that will help radiographers ensure that they are providing the necessary images for the radiologists and correct demonstration of the area. The events will also cover how to identify red flag symptoms, manage urgent findings and when to escalate.

This event is sponsored by InHealth and is run in association with Canterbury Christ Church University College.
