The Cambridge Chest Meeting is long established and aims to bring together respiratory physicians, radiologists, pathologists, surgeons, physiologists and oncologists to discuss the key issues in current clinical practice. The meeting programme is specifically designed to promote inter-disciplinary discussion, and topics for discussion this year will include an update on lung cancer and, inevitably, the COVID-19 pandemic. The Cambridge Chest Meeting – usually a face-to-face event — is delighted to have partnered with the British Institute of Radiology to bring this to you as an exciting online programme.
Educational aims:
- To keep up-to-date on key aspects of COVID-19 in relation to Respiratory disorders
- To discuss and understand selected key topics in Respiratory Disease
- To understand about some new developments in Respiratory Medicine

Registration instructions
In order to register for this event you must first create a MyBIR portal. This is a free account with the BIR which will allow you to register for events and to retrieve receipts and CPD certificates. Once this is created, you can then register onto the event. If you have registered for a BIR event in the past you can login to your account first and then click on the register now button. You do not need to be a member of BIR or a radiologist to register for this event. All healthcare professionals are welcome. Payment for all events must be made via a debit or credit card. Invoices and PO numbers cannot be used for registration payment. If you need your hospital, Trust, or organisation to pay for registration fees please have them contact our events team at conference@bir.org.uk.
