However, PSMA SPECT-CT imaging might be a useful alternative in nuclear medicine departments where access to PSMA-PET-CT imaging is limited. The clinical uses of SPECT tracers in the management of PCa are increasingly explored and the evidence is evolving in several clinical scenarios.
