Building on the success of previous BIR IRMER updates, this event aims to provide an invaluable multidisciplinary forum in which to hear about current practice and the direction of flow of IR(ME)R.
This year we aim to see if we can get to the bottom of what ‘clinical evaluation’ means and where IR(ME)R and duty of candour meet. It will also include a patient care session, examining the role of radiology nurses and a new look at skin dose management. Plus, a look at the new IR(ME)R guidance and legislative changes and how the national incident taxonomy been received.
Educational aim:
To provide information on the changing shape of IR(ME)R and how it is to be applied in practice; including an opportunity to discuss the wider sphere of influence and involvement of IR(ME)R.
